## 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- The item must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used or damaged items caused by improper use

## Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
## European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must still meet the eligibility requirements listed above.
## Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
